Fei Yue is a Voluntary Welfare Organization (VWO) committed to effecting life transformation through the provision of quality services. The organization provides a wide range of programmes to meet the needs of the community, including children, youths, parents and the elderly. In 2001, Fei Yue set up a research arm in response to the call for evidence-based practices in the social service sector. The department specializes in research on social issues, programme evaluation and providing empirical evidence related to the development of new programmes.
